About Us

Joe and MarilynFiorante Homes (1974) Ltd. was founded by brothers, Vince and Joe Fiorante. They were born in Italy and with their parents, immigrated to Regina. They been building homes in Regina since the early 1970’s.

Our business has been family focused from the beginning. Joe’s wife Marilyn and Vince’s wife Linda are an integral part of the company and have been since inception. Today, Fiorante children, cousins and close-knit family friends shape our successful Regina based company.

Pride in workmanship and quality of product is evident in every Fiorante project. Thus, the same is expected from our employees and subcontractors. Project manager, Darcy Bohay has been with us for over 28 years and many sub-contractors have worked alongside Joe and Vince since day one.

Vince and Lindaith the expansion into commercial and condominium development, Vince and Joe thought it appropriate to change the company name to Fiorante Homes and Commercial Ltd. While both are involved with all aspects of the company, Joe now concentrates on new homes and bareland condominiums and Vince focuses on apartment condominiums and commercial projects.

The next generation has started making their way into the company. Vince’s son Rob joined Fiorante Homes and Commercial Ltd. over ten years ago as the new home construction manager. Dean, Vince’s other son, started shortly after in the capacity of site supervisor. Joe’s daughter, Christina has now been with the business for three years, assuming client care, marketing and office management responsibilities.

Fiorante Homes and Commercial Ltd. truly is a family company.
